What Our Clients Are Saying

Our team has over 30 years of combined experience in legal issues surrounding family, immigration, and criminal defense law. We offer English, Spanish, and French speaking services.

Our office is located at 311 Elm Street in suite 220, on the second floor. There is a parking garage across the street at 312 Elm Street. Street parking is also available using the meters outside the building.

No, we do not validate parking.

Initial consultations are generally free of charge. A consultation can be conducted in person, via zoom, or over the phone. Depending on the circumstances, some cases will be more efficient in person. Our firm will charge consultation fees if the lawyer must travel to see a detained client. Our firm may charge consultation fees in other instances, depending on the type of case, or if there has been a prior consultation with our office.

Consultation Cancellation Policy: If an individual with a consultation is going to be more than 15 minutes late to their initial consultation and does not notify our office of the late arrival, the consultation may be rescheduled. If a consultation client is going to be more than 30 minutes late, the meeting may be cancelled and may be rescheduled as a secondary consultation.

A “retainer” is the typical name for the initial deposit which is paid at the beginning of a case. The cost of representation is discussed during a consultation. Each case is different so the starting retainers can differ based on each case. Schedule a consultation to get a quote on your case.

Our office hours are Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-5:00pm, and Fridays 9:00am-4:30pm. We are closed on all federal holidays.

Payment plans are generally not available for the initial retainer. Payment plans may be acceptable in other instances, depending on the circumstances.

We accept cash, check, money orders, most major credit cards, and Apple Pay.

We do not have “on hand” interpreters at our office. Although one of our attorneys speaks Spanish and another attorney speaks French, they do not act as “interpreters” for all cases – only for the clients with whom they are working. If you require an interpreter outside of Spanish or French, you must provide an interpreter.
