Emily Medosch

Associate Attorney

Emily Medosch is a Spanish speaking attorney from Loveland, Ohio and graduated from Miami University in 2019. She received her Bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and Latin American Studies, with minors in Criminal Justice Studies and Business. While completing her undergraduate program, Emily studied abroad in Argentina and Spain. After graduating from Miami University, Emily went on to study law at the University of Cincinnati. While there, Emily participated in the Domestic Violence and Civil Protection Order Clinic and the Family Law Clinic, as well as worked as a writer and editor for the Immigration and Human Rights Law Review. After graduating from law school, Emily worked as a Public Defender in Hamilton County as a trial attorney. She believes that every person deserves zealous advocacy inside and outside the courtroom. Outside of work, Emily enjoys volunteering with SPCA Animal Shelter and working as a coordinator for the Hamilton County Youth Court.
